Sperry accepts returns of unworn, non-customized merchandise purchased from Sperry.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include the packing slip and original packaging with your return. Please adhere the prepaid return shipping label, included in the order packaging, to the exterior of the box prior to shipping. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for returns. Due to their unique nature, Sperry Custom product are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with your Sperry Custom order, please contact our customer service team.
