Looks great, didn’t last long. The good: I love the way these shoes look. They were my first ever pair of Sperry’s and they were fairly comfortable as well. I have fairly wide feet and they still fit nicely. The bad: not a month into owning these, the tongue on both shoes started to rip off of the shoes. Not really sure how, as I was mro rough with them in any way. The insoles also began coming up shortly after this as well. I was expecting at least a few summers out of them.

Insole peeled off after some use I have have worn Sperry shoes for for decades and love the styles and quality . Unfortunately these shoes don’t stand up to the quality I expect from Sperry. I had the same issue as one of the other reviews as the insole started to peel off. After continued use the insole would partially pop out after taking the shoe off. I would have to push in the insole if I wanted to use the shoes again. I finally tore out the insole and replaced the insole with a store bought insole. Disappointed

Not a good product As with the other reviews, the inner liner came out 50% after the first time I wore this shoe. It's a good looking shoe but I was expecting better from this brand.

Wearout Way to Fast I've had numerous pairs of the Billfish and other Sperry products in the past and usually can get a couple summers worth of casual use out of them before wearing them out so when I needed to replace my most recent pair this summer I decided to try the Ultralight version expecting that I would get a similarly sturdy product that would last, but that was not the case. As others have mentioned the darker coloring around the welt of the shoe started to rub off almost immediately which isn't that big of a deal as it is just cosmetic but I should have taken this as a sign that I wasn't dealing with the same Billfish quality when it came to the sole. The shoes quickly seemed to get the bottom of my feet damp when walking on anything wet almost as if the water was seeping up through sole even with no signs of wear on the sole, so I just avoided wearing them whenever I might be around damp ground, this kept my feet dry but even with this lighter than normal use the soles were wearing out at an accelerated rate almost as if they were made from pencil erasers. I guess going with a less durable sole is how they could be a lighter version of the Billfish but the savings in weight using this material isn't worth the loss in performance and wear.
