If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 60 days of purchase, with the original receipt or gift receipt and original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Returns can be made either in-store or online.

  • In the interest of hygiene socks, shoelaces, and shoe care products may not be returned at any time.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
  • Purchases made via BNPL are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.

Warranty on products is as follows
If your footwear is defective within tweleve (12) months of the date of purchase, we will make it right. Products purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to their warranty policy.

Simply click on Submited a warranty claims on top of this page, ensure to include pictures of the defective product and a copy of your proof of purchase and our Customer Service Expert Team will be happy to assist you.

What is considered a defective product?
Sole separation, stitching coming undone, leather bunching or discoloration, toe or sole detachment.

SPERRY reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by our Customer Service team about whether an item is eligible or ineligible for return are final.​

How can I return my order?

How can I return my order?

Returns can be made either in-store or online. Returns in-store are always free. Returns by mail have a shipping fee of $4.95 + taxes that will be automatically deducted from your refund total. This fee is not refundable. ALDO Crew members can return by mail, free of charge. Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by mail.


Online Returns
To initiate your online return, simply put in your order number and zip code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you the FedEx label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. You can choose to bring your package to a FedEx drop off location or schedule a pickup with FedEx.If you started your return online but decided to go to a store instead, please contact us so we can cancel the online return process.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


How do I start a return process?

Just enter your order number (you can find it on your order confirmation email) and the shipping address postal code. For orders shipped to store, please enter the store's postal code. No returns allowed on "Final Sale" items.


I downloaded my return label on my mobile phone how can I access it?

If you’ve downloaded your return label to your phone, you can find it in your phone’s "Downloads" folder or "Files" app, depending on your device.


What do I do if I lost my shipping label?

Chat us and provide us your order number and we'll email you a replacement.


When will I received my refund after returning my item by mail?

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 2–5 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


What items are not eligible for return?
