If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 60 days of purchase, with the original receipt or gift receipt and original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Returns can be made either in-store or online. Returns in-store are always free. Returns by mail have a shipping fee of $4.95 + taxes that will be automatically deducted from your refund total. This fee is not refundable.

  • In the interest of hygiene socks, shoelaces, and shoe care products may not be returned at any time.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
  • Purchases made via Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.

To return or exchange in store any items purchased online, please bring the items along with a copy of the order confirmation email within 60 days of purchase. Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online. Note that items can only be exchanged or returned in the country where they were originally purchased.

If your footwear is defective or faulty within 12 months of the date of purchase, we will make it right. If you would like to make a warranty claim on your footwear purchase, simply contact us here. How can I return my order?

Returns can be made either in-store or online for free.

To initiate your online return, simply put in your order number and zip code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you the FedEx label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.


What do I do if I lost my shipping label?

Contact us and provide us your order number and we'll email you a replacement.


How can I get a copy of my receipt?

A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. It may be found either on the inside or folded behind the shipping label on the exterior of the package. If you've misplaced it and need a new copy, simply send us a request by providing your order number via chat or email us at sperryweb@sperry.com.


I downloaded my return label on my mobile phone how can I access it?

If you’ve downloaded your return label to your phone, you can find it in your phone’s "Downloads" folder or "Files" app, depending on your device.
