Gift Card Policy

This gift card is redeemable for merchandise on the Sperry website in Canada and at www.sperry.com/en-ca. This card has no value unless paid for and activated, including online.
No expiry, no fees. The funds on this card never expire. There are no purchase, activation, dormancy, inactivity, maintenance or balance-inquiry fees. For balance inquiries, visit us at www.sperry.com/en-ca.
Use. Purchases are deducted from the card balance and the remaining balance is shown on your receipt. The card may be used until the balance is exhausted. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference may be paid by any other accepted method.
Cash and refunds. The e-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable, except where a refund or redemption is required by applicable law. Refunds for merchandise purchased with an e-Gift Card will be returned to the original payment method or methods, up to the amount originally charged to each payment method. Where redemption of an e-Gift Card balance is required or otherwise permitted, the eligible balance will be refunded to a credit card where available. If a credit card refund is not available, the refund may be issued by mailed check.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards. Keep your Gift Card safe and treat it as cash. A physical Gift Card cannot be reissued if it is lost, stolen, damaged or unreadable. If an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible, or where the e-Gift Card code is unreadable, the e-Gift Card may be deactivated and/or reissued for the remaining balance shown in our records, subject to verification of the original purchase or intended recipient. Except as set out above, we are not responsible for use of a Gift Card by a person who is not the intended holder.
Changes to these terms. Sperry may modify these terms only for cards issued after the change takes effect, or, for cards already issued, where the change is required by law or is favorable to the holder. Any other change will be made only on 30 days prior notice, and you may refuse the change and use the remaining balance under the terms in effect when the card was issued.
Statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

We will respond within 10 business days. Nothing in these terms limits your right to bring your claim before the courts or to the consumer protection authority of your province.
